The Steakhouse within the Ramada Express Hotel Casino is the perfect setting for a fine dining experience on Christmas. During the holiday season, the restaurant features elegant decorations and whimsical elves.

Celebrate the holiday season with friends and family this Christmas at Ramada Express, the most festive hotel casino in Laughlin. Dine on specially-created entrées on Christmas Day at The Steakhouse, Carnegie’s Dining Car, and the Roundhouse Buffet. After dinner, take an evening stroll outside and view the nearly one million lights that wrap the exterior of the Laughlin property. Celebration of Lights, a twelve-year tradition for the hotel casino, can be seen through New Year’s.

The Steakhouse, beautifully decked out with elegant Christmas decorations and charming elves, is the perfect atmosphere for a holiday evening of fine food and merriment. Executive Chef Rafael Quinones created a special menu featuring entrées of sautéed diver scallops, pork tenderloin medallions, and stuffed boneless quail. Each meal is served with The Steakhouse’s fine bread service, tableside salad cart, and potato or four cheese macaroni. The price is $39.99 a person. The regular menu is also served. Doors open at 5 p.m. (NV time) and reservations are suggested.

Carnegie’s Dining Car is ideal for the casual diner. From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. (NV time), the restaurant will serve a delicious holiday dinner for $12.99. The traditional feast starts with soup or salad and follows with cherry glazed ham steak with seasoned broccoli and choice of Frangelica sweet potatoes or banana nut stuffing. The regular menu is also served.

The Roundhouse Buffet opens at 3 p.m. (NV time) to offer one of the finest spreads in the area. Selections include roasted turkey and gravy, steamship of pork, chicken and peppers, chimichurri style London broil, savory sausage stuffing, cinnamon saffron wild rice, and more. Fix your potato or sweet potato just the way you like it at the potato bar. Cherry pistachio fruit salad, chicken pasta salad, and mixed garden greens are at the salad bar. The buffet is $6.99 or $5.99 with your Distinguished Players Club Card. Add a juicy 12oz cut of prime rib for $4.
